UAV systems at a glance
Vectorbirds develops modular UAV systems for reconnaissance, surveillance, communications and mission-specific payload integration. The portfolio ranges from compact recon platforms to more capable multirotor systems in the medium class.
AERIS Recon S7
AERIS Recon S7 is a compact recon system in the small class for mobile teams, rapid deployment and tactical reconnaissance at close range. The replaceable drive unit simplifies maintenance, transport and mission-specific adaptation in the field.
- Small class
- S7 generation
- Light Recon / ISR
- Replaceable drive unit
- MTOW approx. 3.25 kg
VECTIS Recon M2
VECTIS Recon M2 is based on the VECTIS M2 system architecture and is designed for robust reconnaissance missions, EO/IR payloads and extended operational profiles. The medium-class platform combines payload capacity, range and field-oriented system logistics.
- Medium class
- M2 generation
- Recon / ISR
- EO/IR payloads
- MTOW approx. 8.5 kg
VECTIS Relay M2
VECTIS Relay M2 extends radio and data connections from an elevated position. As an airborne relay UAV, the system can carry communications nodes, data link components or mission-specific network modules to improve range, coverage and link reliability.
- Medium class
- M2 generation
- Airborne relay
- Data link extension

Common Technology Platform Instead of Isolated Individual Systems
Many Vectorbirds UAV systems are based on a cross-platform system architecture. This includes IP-based data and video structures, MAVLink-2 communication, RTSP video streaming, secure radio data links, customer-adaptable ground control software and the ability to integrate external C2 and mission systems.
This means that AERIS, VECTIS, VECTIS R and VECTIS X are not treated only as individual aircraft, but as configurable system modules for reconnaissance, communications, payload integration and mission-specific applications.
