VECTIS is the modular UAV family from Vectorbirds. Platform architecture and mission role are selected separately: M2 as a quad platform, VECTIS R with four arms and eight coaxial propulsion units, and X Fusion with dual decks and four usable rails. Recon prioritises EO/IR reconnaissance; Relay prioritises communications payloads and antennas. Additional modules supporting the other role can be integrated within installation, mass, power and centre-of-gravity margins. IP data links, mesh/MANET, GCS/C2/UMS and optional mission processing are configuration-dependent capabilities. Dimensions and performance are defined for the specific payload and configuration.

M2 mission roles: Recon and Relay
Recon prioritises EO/IR reconnaissance; Relay prioritises communications payloads and antennas. Both roles use the modular M2 quad concept. Additional modules supporting the other role are possible within system margins. Dimensions and performance depend on the payload.
